*Rate includes 15% hotel/motel tax and $100 application fee, as applicable. Click here to make your reservation. Minimum Stay There is a two-nite minimum stay, no exceptions. The $100 cleaning fee will be waived for all Summer rentals of five nites or more. Some dates (eg. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) may have minimum stay requirements and/or higher rates. Please contact us for a quote.
Security/Cleaning Deposit All rentals require a refundable $350 deposit ($250 for security/damage and $100 for cleaning). Deposits are refunded to you within seven business days after your departure. Additional deposit may be required for extended stays or certain situations.

Payment Method We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards, and PayPal. The mailing address for checks is on your contract. Do not mail cash. Please contact us if you need overnite instructions.

What's Included?
You can expect to find the following items included with your rental:
  • All bed linens, pillows and blankets for two queen beds, two twin beds, one full sleeper sofa, and one twin sleeper sofa
  • All towels including bath towels, face towels and dish towels are supplied.
    (Please note if you need towels to be used for going to the beach, fishing, boating, car washes, etc. you will need to bring those towels with you.)
  • All dish wares, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, measuring cups, small kitchen appliances, coffee filters, etc.
  • Most cleaning supplies such as garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, napkins, basic cleansers, etc.
  • Washer / Dryer
  • Patio furniture
  • Charcoal grill
  • Digital Local TV Channels (roughly equivalent to "basic cable")
  • DVD Player
  • Reverse Osmosis filtered water
