Minimum Stay
There is a two-nite minimum stay, no exceptions. Weekend summer rentals typically three-nite minimum stay. We usually waive the minimum for last-minute reservations. All other summer rentals are regular two-nite minimum.

Holiday Rates
Some dates (eg. Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) may have minimum stay requirements and/or higher rates.

Property Damage Protection
All rentals require Property Damage Protection insurance, paid on your behalf at time of reservation. The current cost for this policy is $59. To read more about this policy and what it covers, please click here.

Pets
Guests are welcome to bring pets and will incur an additional $100 non-refundable fee.

Payment Method
We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards, and PayPal. The mailing address for checks is 4038 Pirates Bch, Galveston, TX 77554. Do not mail cash. Please contact us if you need overnite instructions.

What's Included?
You can expect to find the following items included with your rental:
  • Bed linens, pillows and blankets for two queen beds and two twin beds. Linens are also available for a full sleeper sofa, a twin sleeper sofa, and/or portable crib, upon request.
  • One set of towels per person, which includes one bath towel and one face towel are provided.
    (If you need towels to be used for going to the beach, fishing, boating, car washes, etc. you will need to bring those towels with you.)
  • Dish wares, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, measuring cups, small kitchen appliances, coffee filters, etc.
  • Most cleaning supplies such as garbage bags, dish soap, basic cleansers, etc.
  • Washer / Dryer
  • Patio furniture
  • Charcoal grill
  • High-speed internet connection
  • TV, basic cable, and DVD Player
  • Reverse Osmosis filtered water

What's Not Included?
We hope you'll enjoy your time down on Galveston Island, so be sure that you bring or plan to purchase any of following which will are not included:
  • Housekeeping / maid service during your stay
  • Personal toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, deodorant, etc.)
  • Charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter
  • Beach towels (note: the house towels may not be taken to the beach)
  • Laundry detergent, fabric softener
